So you recently cooked a new batch of muffins. Yum! You spent days indulging in fluffy sweets and really loved every minute of it. However, it has been a few days and you are wondering if the muffin is still edible. How do you know?

The Muffin is Growing Mold
Mold is forming on your muffins, which is a clear indication that they should be discarded. You don’t want to eat a moldy muffin, believe me. That is not only not the healthiest thing in the world, but it is also not enticing. Anyone want a furry, rotten muffin?
How can you tell if a muffin has mold on it? It’s actually rather straightforward. The muffin will resemble a fuzzy creature. This hair will most likely start off brilliant white but will gradually develop green twinges throughout.

The Taste is Off
